The cardiac clincial features seen with Kawasaki Disease requires diagnosis and treatment within 10 days of symptoms in order to decrease risk of complications. This case report examines the complexity of prolonged fever in a pediatric patient with a positive test for Sars-CoV-2 and meeting the criteria for Kawasaki Disease.
