Surgical Resection of Vulvar Labial Venous Malformations: A Single Center Experience

Venous malformations involving the vulva are rare but often cause debilitating pain, aesthetic concern, and functional impairment. Treatment with medical therapy, sclerotherapy, operative resection, or a combination thereof may be considered. The optimal therapeutic approach remains unclear. We report our experience resecting labial VMs in a large cohort of patients.
