I Did These 4 Things to Blast Away My Arm Fat and Get Strong Shoulders

I've always wanted strong arms, and knowing that I'm one of those people who naturally puts on muscle, I figured it wasn't a hard goal to reach. But it turned out to be a little more difficult than I imagined it would be. I made it happen, though, and I love the muscle definition I have in my arms now. Since you can't spot-reduce fat in any one area, it took more than adding some weights to my workout routine to change my arms. These are the four things I did to get the upper body of my dreams.
