Digestive health is complex in nature to maintain proper bowel movements such as free from constipation, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and stomach conditions such as free from flatulence, bloating and abdominal pain. Dietary fibers are often suggested to maintain proper digestive health, but none of them seems to provide a single comprehensive solution to maintain proper digestive health.
