• Pancreatic Cystosis and Intrahepatic Biliopathy in a Young Adult with Cystic Fibrosis

    A 14-year-old girl with cystic fibrosis , mild lung disease, and pancreatic insufficiency presented with crampy lower abdominal pain, exacerbated by eating and movement and associated with anorexia, weight loss, bloating, and constipation. She denied fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and menstrual and urinary symptoms. Physical examination was significant for tenderness in the bilateral lower abdominal quadrants. Laboratory results were significant for normal hepatic functions and pancreatic enzymes.
