    Aim: Tumour visualisation via intra-operative MRI , helps to maximise tumour resection while limiting iatrogenic injury to eloquent brain areas during neurosurgery. As it prolongs operation duration, there is a theoretical increase in infection risk. We evaluate whether ioMRI guided neurosurgery is a risk factor for developing surgical site infections in children.
