    Gender-affirming medical therapy, such as cross-hormone therapy and sexual reconstructive surgery, may impair fertility. Many transgender and gender non-conforming patients initiate these therapies in adolescence, well before they may have considered their effects on future reproduction. The goal of the current study is to characterize the reproductive knowledge, concerns, and preferences among TGNC adolescents seen at a specialty gender clinic of a large academic medical center.
