    A rise in breast reconstruction after mastectomy was registered in the last few decades. Conservative mastectomies as Skin-sparing mastectomy and nipple-sparing mastectomy developed as well and it was introduced a new goal to achieve: to ensure adequate coverage to the implant minimizing eventual complications as well as maximize cosmetic outcomes.We report our experience performing immediate pre-pectoral implant based breast reconstruction following skin reducing mastectomy, by using a combined inferior dermal flap and Titanium-coated polypropylene mesh, TiLoop Bra pocket.
